THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CREATE A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT. BY ACCESSING, BROWSING, OR USING THE NATIONAL CAR PARTS WEBSITE OR BY ENTERING ANY NATIONAL CAR PARTS PHYSICAL PREMISES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. 1. Definitions
In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires:

- “Contractor” means any individual or entity, including their employees, agents, and sub-contractors, engaged by National Car Parts or by a customer to perform work on the Site.
- “Customer”, “you”, or “your” refers to any person or entity accessing the Website or entering the Site.
- “Intellectual Property” means all present and future rights conferred by statute, common law, or equity in or in relation to copyright, trademarks, designs, patents, circuit layouts, business and domain names, inventions, and other results of intellectual activity in the industrial, commercial, scientific, literary, or artistic fields.
- “Loss” means any loss, liability, cost, claim, expense, damage, charge, or penalty, however arising, whether direct, indirect, or consequential.
- “PPE” means Personal Protective Equipment.
- “Site” means all physical premises owned, leased, or operated by National Car Parts, including but not limited to the office, workshop, and wrecking yard located at 65 Webber Parade, Keilor East VIC 3033, Australia
- “Website” means the entire digital platform accessible at www.nationalcarparts.com.au and all its associated pages and content.
- “WHS Laws” means the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (Qld), the Work Health and Safety Regulation 2011 (Qld), and any relevant codes of practice or Australian Standards.

3. Site Access and Work Health & Safety (WHS)
3.1. General Site Entry Conditions
- All persons entering the Site do so at their own risk.
- Upon arrival, all visitors (including Customers and Contractors) must report directly to the main office, sign the digital or physical Visitor/Contractor Register, and participate in a site-specific safety induction as required by National Car Parts staff.
- Access to restricted areas, particularly the wrecking yard, is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorised and, where required, escorted by a National Car Parts staff member. Unauthorised entry constitutes trespassing.
- All lawful directions from National Car Parts staff must be obeyed at all times. Failure to do so may result in immediate removal from the Site.
3.2. Mandatory PPE
- Minimum Requirement (All Areas): Fully enclosed, flat, sturdy footwear is mandatory for all persons entering any area beyond the customer office.
- Operational Areas (Wrecking Yard & Workshop): The following PPE is mandatory and must be worn at all times:
- High-visibility vest or clothing
- Enclosed, sturdy safety footwear (steel-capped boots mandatory for Contractors)
- Safety glasses where there is a risk of flying particles or splashes
- Gloves when handling parts or materials
- Hard hats in designated overhead risk areas
- National Car Parts reserves the right to refuse entry to any person not wearing required PPE.
3.3. Site Conduct and Prohibitions
Strictly prohibited on Site:
- Smoking or vaping outside designated areas
- Consumption or possession of alcohol or illicit drugs
- Entry under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Use of personal tools or equipment without approval
- Removal of unpaid parts, scrap, or materials
- Reckless behaviour, horseplay, or unsafe acts
3.4. Hazard Identification and Incident Reporting
- The Site is an active industrial environment with risks including heavy machinery, sharp materials, uneven ground, hazardous substances, noise, and dust.
- All incidents, injuries, hazards, or near-misses must be reported immediately to staff.
3.5. Children and Animals
- Persons under 16 are not permitted in the wrecking yard or workshop. They may remain in the office area under supervision.
- Animals are prohibited, except certified assistance animals.
3.6. Contractor Obligations
Contractors must comply with WHS Laws and provide:
- Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) for high-risk work
- Evidence of public liability insurance (min. $20m)
- Workers’ compensation insurance or equivalent cover
- Relevant licences, tickets, or qualifications
- Compliant PPE, safe tools, and equipment
4. Privacy
We collect, use, and disclose your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). By providing us with your personal information, you consent to its use as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
5. Indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you indemnify and hold harmless National Car Parts, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any Loss, claim, or demand arising out of:
- Your breach of these Terms
- Your negligent, reckless, or unlawful act or omission on the Website or Site
- Your infringement of any Intellectual Property or other rights
6. General Provisions
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction: Victoria law applies. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Victoria courts.
- Amendments: Terms may be updated at any time and take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
- Severability: If part of these Terms is invalid, the remainder continues in effect.
- Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
7. Additional Clauses (Recommended Additions)
7.1. CCTV and Monitoring
For security and safety, National Car Parts may use CCTV and monitoring systems across the Site. Entry constitutes consent to such monitoring.
7.2. Vehicle Entry
All vehicles entering the Site are subject to inspection. National Car Parts accepts no responsibility for damage to vehicles left unattended on the premises.
7.3. Product Warranties and Returns
All parts are sold in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Specific warranty terms (e.g., second-hand parts, exchange basis) are displayed at point of sale and form part of these Terms.
7.4. Limitation of Liability (Site Access)
To the maximum extent permitted by law, National Car Parts disclaims liability for any Loss, injury, or damage suffered on Site, except where caused by proven negligence of National Car Parts.

Welcome to National Car Parts & Auto Recycler Your safety is our priority. By entering this site, you agree to follow all safety rules and instructions from our staff.
1. Site Entry
- Report to the main office upon arrival.
- Sign the Visitor/Contractor Register.
- Complete the site-specific safety induction if required.
- Restricted areas (workshop, wrecking yard) require authorisation and escort.
- Follow all staff directions. Non-compliance may result in removal.
2. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

5. Contractor Requirements
- Comply with all WHS Laws.
- Provide Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) for high-risk work.
- Supply insurance, licenses, and qualifications as requested.
- Bring compliant PPE and safe, working tools/equipment.
6. Security & Monitoring
- CCTV and monitoring may be in use.
- Vehicles may be inspected; National Car Parts & Auto Recycler is not liable for damage to unattended vehicles.
